Customers and Potential Customers: Customer management: Flight information management, integral management of ARCHIPELAGO NEXT customers, managing and issuing tickets, replying to requests for information and enquiries, commercial management of potential customers (sending information shots, promotions, services, news and magazines, amongst others, through a range of electronic and postal communications media), engagement in Promotions and Competitions.

2. Incidents and Complaints: Management of incidents, complaints and reimbursement of tickets issued to passengers. Attending requests for information and enquiries from passengers by any means of communication.

3. Personnel Selection: Management of CVs sent by users and visitors to www.archipelagonext.com for personnel selection processes carried out by ARCHIPELAGO NEXT.

When users and visitors to www.archipelagonext.com are sent e-mails in reply to their applications or because the user has given their consent to receive them, this is likewise subject to Law 32/2003, of 3 November, The General Telecommunications Act, and to Law 34/2002, of 11 July, The Information Society Services and e-Commerce Act.

LEGITIMISATION AND CONSERVATION PERIOD

The legal basis for processing users’ personal information is the subscription of the air transport ticket purchase, booking and management contract, and the legitimisation for commercial management resides in the consent itself from the interested party.

Likewise, prospective service offering is based on the consent obtained from the user and withdrawal of this consent shall not affect the fulfilment of other intended purposes.

The personal data provided will be conserved for a period depending on the following criteria: (I) Legal obligation to conserve the data; (II) duration of the contractual relationship and attention to any of the liabilities stemming from said relationship; and (III) a request from the interested party to delete the data in the cases in which this is admissible.
